Summit: Renew and Manifest
Body-based practices to restore yourself and call forth what's next
Comprehensive Curriculum
Session 1 — Rest & Restore
Grace Oh · 75-minute experiential session
Now more than ever, we need to attend to the body, the mind, the presence of Self, and the call for deeper compassion. Open a meditative space with gentle breathwork and "humming" that leads into a restorative sound bath — a true reset and restore in the midst of life's compression and expansion.
Session 2 — Create Powerful Change with Your Mind, Body, and Consciousness
Michelle Boulé · 75-minute experiential session
A mindset, movement, and energy balancing workshop. Strengthen your intuition or "inner compass," go from stuck to empowered in your life and business, and transform your experience by combining energy alignment, embodiment, and new ways of thinking.
Session 3 — Chakras, Energy, and Charge: Navigating the Inner Psychology of Your Energy Body
Dr. Anodea Judith · 75-minute experiential session
Everything we experience — the good and the bad — moves through the energy body, giving rise to thoughts, feelings, sensations, blocks, and behaviors. Energy is the bridge between mind and body, and a potent ally in healing. Discover a new way of looking at the patterns of your life force and how it behaves in your chakras, body, and mind.
Session 4 — Embodied Self Renewal: The Art of Reinventing Yourself
Chara Caruthers · 75-minute experiential session
What does it take to bring you back to center? With all the energy you're putting out into the world, how can you pull some of it back — to refuel your fire and renew your spirit, every day? Discuss the pitfalls of our modern "boom and bust" approach to living and feel into sustainable tools for reclaiming energy and renewing passion.
Session 5 — Holding Space for Healing
Heather Plett · 75-minute experiential session
What does it mean to hold space for another person's healing? Why is it so hard to stay patient and compassionate when another person's process and timing differ from ours? Heather Plett explores what it means to hold space, why we're tempted to hijack space instead, and how to strengthen our capacity to hold space well.
