Questions About Our Programs and Events

How do I find my receipt for my purchase?

You'll receive confirmation of your purchase from both PayPal and Stripe direct to the email inbox you use for those accounts. You can also log in to your own PayPal account for details of the transaction.

If you can't find it then please contact us to complete a form. We'll send that to you within a week.

How do I access the Zoom link for my program or event?

We'll always send the Zoom link out to you via email prior to the commencement of each event. You can also access it here:

  1. Go to: https://learn.theembodylab.com/login
  2. Go to My Programs.
  3. Click on VIEW PROGRAM > ACCESS THE LIVE EVENT.
  4. Join us on Zoom!

For One-Day Summits this will be sent to you via email if you have registered.

How do I request a Certificate of Completion for my Workshop or Certificate Program?

If you've completed one of our workshops or certificate programs, simply request your certificate of completion by filling out our request form. We'll get it to you within two weeks of receiving your request.

What time is the course happening in my location?

All of our programs are listed in Eastern Time. Use a time zone converter to check the time in your location.

I'm interested in one of your programs but I'm not sure about doing it right now. Will it be run again?

Our workshops will generally not be repeated. Some of our certificate programs (such as the Somatic Attachment Therapy Certificate or the Somatic Trauma Certificate) may be repeated but we offer no guarantee. If you are feeling a pull towards a program we strongly recommend you do it now just in case. And if life feels too busy right now, remember you'll receive lifetime access to the recordings so you can complete it at a time that suits you.

Can I still sign up after the course has started?

If the live program is still available to register on our website — YES, you can. Alternatively, in many instances you can purchase access to the program recordings via our Bestsellers on our website.

Will I still receive a certificate if I don't attend the live classes?

Yes — if you have completed the program via the online library you're still eligible for a certificate.

When I purchase a program do I get access to the recordings?

Yes! Lifetime access to all recordings is available with all workshop and certificate programs. Access to recordings for members ceases when your membership ends.

The One-Day Summits are free to attend live but only members of The Embody Lab can access the recordings. We have a 14-day free trial that allows you to not only access the recordings of the one-day summit, but explore the full collection of content from The Embody Lab. There's no sign-up fee or minimum term — and after 14 days you'll pay just $26 a month.

Continuing Education Credits

Some but not all of our programs offer CEs. Please check the individual program page for full details.

Do you offer scholarships or financial assistance?

For our 60-hour Certificate Programs we offer a number of scholarships. Please refer to the FAQs of the specific program you are interested in.

For other programs, workshops or memberships, no scholarships are available.

Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your membership at any time (see "How do I cancel my membership?") but we are unable to refund any membership payments. You'll keep access to the membership program until the conclusion of your final billing period.

For Certificate Programs we offer a "Refund Guarantee". This means you can request a refund for any reason until 48 hours before the commencement date of that program. However, once the program has commenced we have a no-refund policy. Contact us using the form to make your request.

For any other purchases no refunds are available.

Accessing the Online Library

I forgot my password.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to: https://learn.theembodylab.com/login
  2. Click on the Forgot Password link below the sign-in box.
  3. A link to change your password will be sent to you. Don't forget to check your spam or social folders if you don't receive it!
I purchased a program — how do I access it?
  1. Go to the login page: https://learn.theembodylab.com/login (bookmark this for future access).
  2. Log in using the email and password you created when you made your original purchase.
  3. Log in and enjoy!
I no longer wish to receive emails, please unsubscribe me.

Easy! Go to any email we've sent you and scroll to the bottom. Click the unsubscribe link and confirm your unsubscription.

Please note that if you're enrolled in any of our programs you will no longer receive updates about that program if you have unsubscribed. All the information will be available to you at https://learn.theembodylab.com/login. It is your responsibility to check it.

Managing Your Membership

How do I change my email address?
  1. Go to: https://learn.theembodylab.com/login
  2. When you're logged in go to the avatar in the upper right corner (picture of a bust of a person) and click.
  3. Choose Settings. Change your email.
  4. The next time you log in, use the new email.
How do I change my payment method?
  1. Go to: https://learn.theembodylab.com/login
  2. When you're logged in go to the avatar in the upper right corner (picture of a bust of a person) and click.
  3. Choose Settings. Update your payment details.
Where do I find the Members Discount codes?
  1. Go to: https://learn.theembodylab.com/login
  2. Go to My Programs > Membership Discounts.
  3. Add the applicable discount code to the program you are purchasing.
How do I cancel my membership?
  1. Go to: https://learn.theembodylab.com/login
  2. When you're logged in go to the avatar in the upper right corner (picture of a bust of a person) and click.
  3. Choose Settings. Click Billing Info in the top right of the page.
  4. You'll see your membership plan listed under Active Subscriptions. If you've used Stripe you can simply click the button to cancel. If you've used PayPal you'll click into that to finalize the cancellation.

You'll retain access to the Membership content until the end of the current billing period. We'll be sad to see you leave! Thank you for being part of this community and we hope you'll stay connected with us.

Certificate Completion FAQs

Can I have an extension?

It's no problem if you need extra time beyond the scheduled date to complete the program — just take the time you need. There's no need to email us to request the extension or to let us know. You have lifetime access to all the course material and recordings.

Go to the certificate program in your Online Content Library for more information about the final requirements. You can fill out the certificate request form once you've completed the requirements.

When will I receive my certificate?

Your certificate will be emailed to you within two weeks of requesting it.

Can I receive my certificate by a certain date?

We are not able to expedite certificate requests. All certificates will be sent out within two weeks of requesting them.

Can a detail (e.g., name) on my certificate be changed?

Yes, please email us at info@theembodylab.com and we will send out your updated certificate within 72 business hours.

Have you received my documents?

You will have received an email confirmation after completing any required forms as well as after requesting your certificate of completion.
