The Neurobiology of Belonging

The Neurobiology of Belonging
This course features Dr. Dan Siegel and his framework of Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), which defines the mind as an emergent process of energy and information flow — where integration, the linkage of differentiated parts, is essential to wellbeing. The series explores how experiences of attachment and connection shape our sense of self and belonging, and how patterns formed early in life continue to influence mental, emotional, and relational health.
