Comprehensive Curriculum

Session 1 — That Sucked. Now What? How to Embrace the Magic in Messy Moments and Fly Past Them
Dr. Neeta Bhushan · 75-minute experiential session

In under an hour, fully feel and embrace what sucked — and learn to create magic from the messy moments. Leave with a set of tools, a complete release, and a repeatable practice you can return to during life's most human moments.

Session 2 — Release Generational Trauma Tension
Dr. Mariel Buqué · 75-minute experiential session

When the body retains stress and trauma for years, decades, or generations, it develops trauma retention. Dr. Mariel Buqué teaches how trauma gets captured in the body through generational tension points — and offers practices to use the body as a source of liberation from that inherited pain.

Session 3 — Embody Your Innate Wisdom: A Practice for Life Movement, Healing, Integration, and Empowerment
Michelle Boulé · 75-minute experiential session

Release what is no longer serving your highest self so you can consciously embody more joy, vitality, and abundance. Michelle guides the group through a short meditation and her "Moving with Innate Wisdom" movement practice, with the option for participants to step into the "hot seat" for energy balancing and coaching that becomes a healing representation for the whole group.

Session 4 — Foot Overlooking Tears: An Embodied Journey Through the Poetry of Chinese Medicine
Mona Chopra · 75-minute experiential session

Inspired by the poetry of the points and pathways of Chinese medicine, this session guides movement, breath, and mind toward a more spacious inner environment where qi can flow freely. Practice emptying, nourishing, transforming, releasing, nurturing, letting be, and liberating the imagination to seek deeper connection with self and world.

Session 5 — Body-Based Practice for Emotional Resiliency
Maggie Hayes · 75-minute experiential session

When we connect to emotions as body-based sensation, we grow our relationship to Self and teach the nervous system what is safe to feel and process. Maggie Hayes guides movement techniques that work with the body's systems to restore regulation and energy flow, building the internal stability needed to hold big emotions and ultimately make the path to feeling possible.
