Embodied MBA™ Accelerator

WHY THIS Embodied MBA™ EXISTS

You did not get into this work to hustle.

You got into it because you felt something.

You got into it because you felt a calling, a depth of care, a conviction that healing and growth are possible, and that you could be part of making that real for other people.

And somewhere along the way, the business of doing that work started to cost you more than it should.

Not because you are doing it wrong. Because nobody ever gave you a model that was built for someone like you.

Most business education was designed for a different kind of person, in a different kind of economy, operating from a very different relationship with their body and their nervous system. It teaches you to scale without asking whether your system can hold the growth. To be visible without addressing the wounds that visibility surfaces. To lead without ever looking at what leadership costs you at a cellular level. To sell without examining the shame that lives underneath the pitch.

The result is a particular kind of burnout that's very common among practitioners, coaches, founders, and executives who built real things and then found themselves unable to sustain what they created.

And for those who have already built something significant who lead teams, manage funds, or run organisations there's often a different version of the same feeling: that the deepest parts of what you know aren't yet reflected in how you work, lead, or grow

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Every phase of the Embodied MBA™ Accelerator, you build something.

Growth Labs are interactive business classes where you work directly with experts on what you need to build next. Each session moves something forward—your offer, your funnel, your launch plan, your sales sequence—so you’re building as you learn, with expert guidance along the way.

Hot seat coaching — where your business is the focus and faculty work on it directly with you in real time — puts your specific blocks and next steps in the room, worked on with faculty who've built significant brands, best-selling books, sold-out retreats and tours, and eight- and nine-figure companies in the wellness, mental health, and social impact space. They bring the perspective that comes from building, leading, evolving, and scaling meaningful work across many different stages of growth.

Guest faculty intensives bring accomplished entrepreneurs and business leaders into direct conversation with your work. Together, you’ll unpack the decisions, opportunities, and challenges in front of you—drawing on their experience to sharpen your thinking, strengthen your strategy, and determine what makes sense for your business now.

You’ll build and operate your business in real time—not wait until the program ends to put what you’ve learned into practice. As your offers enter the market and real-world data begins to shape what comes next, you’ll continue to have the guidance, perspective, and mentorship of Dr. Scott Lyons, faculty, and the cohort.

WHAT MAKES AN INCUBATOR DIFFERENT FROM A COURSE OR MASTERMIND

Every session produces something real you leave with deliverables
Faculty review your actual work and your peers support your growth
Feedback is specific to your offer, your business, your situation
Peer pods keep momentum between sessions
Your final project is your real business, presented before you take it to market

THE CURRICULUM

Six months. Six phases. One business being built throughout. Each one builds on the last.

Every module works across three layers at the same time.

  • Strategic: What does the business need?
  • Somatic: What happens internally as you build it?
  • Identity: Who are you becoming as your role, responsibility, and visibility change?

The Embodied MBA™ Accelerator don't separate those conversations because, in practice, neither do you.

Foundation & Inner Work

PHASE 1 · FEBRUARY

Foundation & Inner Work

Before we build, we clarify.

The clearest business plan won't survive a nervous system that can't hold it. This phase builds the internal foundation the rest of the program runs on and produces the first real deliverable: your complete, impact-focused business plan, built and reviewed by faculty.

  • Somatic capacity building expanding your system before you try to scale it
  • Designing your future self and the business that reflects them
  • Goals, blocks, and embodied accountability
  • Shadow work and the psychology of visibility
  • Making yourself known: from integrity, not performance
  • Building Lab: your complete business plan, built and reviewed
Offers, Brand & Audience

PHASE 2 · MARCH

Offers, Brand & Audience

Before we sell, we position.

You'll design your scalable offer, develop your brand position, and build the lead generation structure that'll sustain the business. Faculty work alongside you throughout, helping you sharpen the strategy as it takes shape.

  • Scalable business model and offer design — built in the business classes and reviewed by faculty
  • Brand messaging and copywriting — your actual words, refined in session
  • Lead generation funnel — your real funnel, designed and built this month
  • Content and social presence — your actual system, not a template to adapt later
Launch and Sales

PHASE 3 · APRIL

Launch and Sales

Before we scale, we build.

Your offer becomes a launch. Your sales process becomes clear, repeatable, and aligned with how you want to sell.

  • Course and program launch — planned and built in the business classes
  • Email marketing and sales sequences — written, tested, live
  • Selling from integrity — the embodied approach to conversion
  • Sales objections — your specific objections, worked through with faculty
  • Business development phases — where you are and what the next twelve months look like
Systems and Infrastructure

PHASE 4 · MAY

Systems and Infrastructure

Before we launch, we build the foundation that can support what comes next.

The infrastructure phase. Everything that makes your business run without you having to rebuild it from scratch every time. Whether you're scaling a practice, a program, or a company — this is where you build the infrastructure that holds the growth. The goal isn't complexity. It's infrastructure that gives the business room to grow without asking you to hold every moving part yourself.

  • Technology, AI, and automation — chosen intentionally for your business and your way of working
  • Lead generation systems that are sustainable and repeatable
  • Business operations and backend — creating the structure that can support growth
Putting It All Together

PHASE 5 · MAY-JUNE

Putting It All Together

Before we launch, we refine.

Everything built across the program comes together here. You'll consolidate, test, and prepare your complete business for launch — with faculty and peer feedback at every step so nothing goes to market before it's ready.

  • Bringing all elements of your business together into one cohesive system
  • Testing your offer, funnel, and sales process before launch
  • Faculty review and refinement of your complete business
  • Hot seat coaching on what needs strengthening
  • Final project preparation — your business, ready to present and launch
Launch, Data, and Iteration

PHASE 6 · JUNE-SEPTEMBER

Launch, Data, and Iteration

This is where it gets real.

You're in the market. Your offer is live, your systems are running, and you're collecting real data from real people. This phase is about staying in motion — iterating on what the market is telling you, with Dr. Scott Lyons and the cohort still in your corner.

  • Live launch with faculty support
  • Collecting and interpreting real-world data
  • Iterating your offer and systems based on what's working
  • September support calls with Dr. Scott Lyons
  • Integration retreat — celebrating what you've built and mapping what comes next

COMMON QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know before you apply.

What exactly is the Embodied MBA Accelerator™?

It’s a six-month, application-based live incubator for wellness and impact entrepreneurs, practitioners, coaches, founders, and leaders. The accelerator model means you’re building your actual business in real time, with direct feedback from faculty who’ve built at eight and nine figures in this industry. You leave with a tested, launch-ready business. Not a workbook. Not a plan.

How is it different from a mastermind or a course?

Masterminds are peer accountability groups with occasional expert access. Courses are content you apply later — if you ever find the time. The Embodied MBA Accelerator™ is a working environment: every session produces a real output, every output is reviewed by faculty, and every participant leaves each month with something they’ve actually built. The feedback is specific and direct, from people who’ve done exactly what you’re trying to do.

Who is this for?

Therapists, coaches, somatic practitioners, physicians, wellness educators, founders, executives, impact investors, and mission-driven leaders with established practices who are ready to scale. If you’re building in wellness, mental health, or social impact and you want mentorship from the people who built this industry — this is the program.

Is this just for coaches and therapists, or does it work for founders and executives too?

Both. The program was built for anyone building in the wellness and impact space — whether that's a somatic practitioner scaling beyond one-to-one work, a physician launching a wellness brand, or an executive developing a thought leadership platform. The curriculum and the faculty are designed to work for course-builders and company-builders alike — the infrastructure, the sales systems, and the inner work apply regardless of what you're building

Do I have to attend everything live?

No. Every session is recorded and available in your member portal within 48 hours. Retreats can be attended virtually too. Live attendance matters most for the hot seat and feedback work — that’s where the accelerator model really works — but we’ve designed this to be accessible across time zones and real-life schedules.

What is the investment?

Investment details are shared on your discovery call. Payment plans are available. If accessibility is a concern, mention it in your application.

What's the difference between Core and Elite?

Both tiers include the full accelerator: all weekly sessions, all Growth Labs, both online retreats, hot seat coaching, guest faculty intensives, peer pods, and lifetime access to recordings. Elite adds 1:1 mentorship sessions with Dr. Scott Lyons and Niyc Pidgeon, The Embodied MBA Accelerator™ Weekend Retreat in Los Angeles with Dr. Scott Lyons, Niyc Pidgeon, and Sarah Baldwin, and a weekend workshop with Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Arielle Schwartz, and Dr. Scott Lyons.

What will I have actually built by the end?

A tested, launch-ready offer. A complete lead generation and sales system. A brand and messaging framework. An email and content system. A working tech stack. And the physiological and psychological capacity to sustain what you’ve launched — which is usually the part that doesn’t get addressed anywhere else.

I've done programs before and left without anything I could use. Why would this be different?

Because the building is structural, not optional. Every session produces an output. Every output is reviewed. The feedback is on your actual work, from people who’ve built what you’re trying to build, in this exact industry. And the program works on your nervous system capacity alongside your strategy — because a plan your body can’t hold won’t survive contact with reality. If you’ve left programs before with good notes and nothing to show for it, the difference here is that we don’t move on until something real exists.

How much time does it require each week?

Ninety minutes of live session, plus time building. Most participants find the time spent here replaces time they were spending stuck — going in circles, rewriting the same offer, trying to figure out the next step alone.

How do I apply?

Click Apply Now and complete a short application. If it’s a strong fit, you’ll be invited to a discovery call — not a sales call, a conversation — to explore the right tier and confirm your place in the 2027 cohort.

In six months you could have a business that works without requiring everything you have to keep it running.

The Embodied MBA™ Accelerator is a small, high-touch cohort. Real feedback requires real relationships which is why we keep it that way. Every faculty member will know your name, your offer, and where you're stuck.

The people who built this industry are in this room. The systems, the networks, the inside knowledge all of it shared.
