We gathered on June 20th, 2020 for our monthly One-Day Online Summit to deepen our somatic yoga healing journey around the theme “The Genesis of Wellbeing.” In times of upheaval and challenge we turn towards resources of support to maintain our sense of presence so that we might grow through these challenges and into greater connection.

Space Between Stimulus and Response
A 90-MINUTE EXPERIENTIAL SESSION
The Human Method session to explore the space between stimulus and response. We will start with breath, move into Somatics, then a Somatic yoga flow ending with a restorative pose and yoga nidra ( a guided meditation).
You will learn to cultivate awareness of the space between the exhale and the inhale. You will create space in your body. You will leave feeling rested yet alert.

Flow-ing the Spine
A 90-MINUTE EXPERIENTIAL SESSION
The midline of the body, the central axis or core is a field of exploration in many traditions and practices. Our spine is a magnificent structure, designed ingeniously to function as a conduit for flow of fluids, energy and information. The quality of flow in the spine is influencing all layers (koshas) of our being- physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual.
The development of the embryological spine, the notochord, is our first experience of midline. It also provides an anatomical map for embodying the susumna nadi- the central energy channel of the body. movement along the spine is one of the first developmental movement patterns to emerge and is the dominant movement pattern of the newborn baby.
In this experiential yoga class, we will explore ways of embodying embryological, anatomical and movement aspects of the spine, as a mean to cultivate flow, clarity
and a deep sense of connection and aliveness.

The Continuum of Yoga
A 90-MINUTE EXPERIENTIAL SESSION
In this all level class, Bobbie couples the roots of yoga practice with the fluid wisdom of Continuum. Learn life-enhancing skills by tapping into and awakening the intelligence of the fluid body. This unique and beautiful combination cultivates an inner experience of trust. Develop self navigation to discover a way of passionate fluid embodiment and come home to listen to your deepest teacher - YOUR BODY, already filled with wisdom and knowledge. We will explore and learn :
Sound play to stimulate and awaken fluid movement in the body
Breath explorations for well being
Practices in gravity and spatial relationship for better movement
Paying attention to the language of the body which is sensation and moving from there
Learning to track (follow) and participate with sensation
Listening and discovering self regulated shapes in asana and beyond
Embodied Meditation Level I - time to settle
All are welcome - no experience necessary. Please have a chair, a mat, blanket and whatever you need to be comfortable in for movement. Have water nearby and wear loose comfortable clothing that is easy to move and breathe in.

Embodying an Indistructable Resource of Well Being into Daily Life
A 90-MINUTE EXPERIENTIAL SESSION
Is it possible that we have within us indestructible and always present resources of well-being and joy that provide a solid and unchanging foundation from which to meet the challenges we face throughout our lifetime? Is it possible to recognize, nourish and embody this recognition in all forms of yoga including BodySensing asana, BreathSensing prāṇāyāma, meditative stillness and daily activities?
Join Richard as he helps you recognize, nourish, come to your own first-hand knowing, and embody both your unique presence and universal Essence of indestructible well-being. During this presentation Richard offers an orienting talk, simple hatha-based movements, breathing practices, meditation and time for Q&A designed to awaken what lies innately within yourself.

A 75-MINUTE EXPERIENTIAL SESSION
Our every cell is awake, alive, and self-aware. As human beings we are composed of Radiant Intelligence manifesting into and through form. With unwavering acceptance of the trials and tribulations of being human in this—and all times—we will explore means to dive through the layers of personal thought and form to the deep comfort of core.
With brave nonresistance to our human foibles and traits, we will enlist our subtle senses and journey inward. Diving under the personal we find our own source—the universal sea of awareness in which we all swim.
Let's take the dive, go under it all, and come out stronger. Strong and ready to take decisive and clear action.
