Summit: Embodied Journey
Six world-leading experts on yoga, fascia, breath, and embodied connection
Comprehensive Curriculum
Welcome & Meditation
Dr. Scott Lyons · 30-minute experiential session
An opening meditation and welcome to set the tone for a day of embodied presence and exploration.
Session 1 — Exploring the Exhale
Nahid de Belgeonne · 75-minute experiential session
Nahid de Belgeonne, founder of The Human Movement Method, is known for her gentle yet profound work with high-performers. In this somatic yoga flow, explore the exhale as a doorway to realignment, ease, and effortless effort. Learn the importance of exhaling fully, allowing the inhale to recoil in, and taking action on the exhale.
Session 2 — Embodied Fascia: Flexibility, Balance & Strength
Eric Franklin · 90-minute experiential session
Tightness and pain in the body are often more about fascia than muscle. Led by Eric Franklin, founder of the Franklin Method®, experience the interconnected web of fascia that surrounds and integrates every structure of the body. Practice Fascial Dynamic Neuro-Cognitive Imagery (FDNI) to address chronic low back pain, neck and shoulder tension, posture, and breath — and rediscover the pleasure of movement.
Session 3 — Mindfully Embodied Yoga
Patty Townsend · experiential session
A guided session in mindful, embodied yoga practice with Patty Townsend.
Session 4 — Connection and Co-Regulation: A Yogic Journey of Inner and Outer Relationships
Dr. Arielle Schwartz · 90-minute experiential session
Connection is at the core of human experience. Through this guided yoga class, cultivate body awareness — noticing moment-by-moment changes in sensation, tension, temperature, and energy — to better respond to your needs. Explore how self-awareness enhances relationships and how belonging extends from your core self outward into family, community, and the wider world.
Session 5 — The Art of Not Knowing
Ally Bogard · 75-minute experiential session
A discussion and meditation on the importance of staying close to the Mystery. Whether you are a teacher or not, giving yourself permission to build a relationship with not-knowing — with less need for control — can open space, ease, and support.
