Comprehensive Curriculum

Welcome & Meditation
Dr. Scott Lyons · 30-minute experiential session

An opening meditation and welcome to set the tone for a day of deep rest and restoration.

Session 1 — How to Embody Flexible Fascia
Eric Franklin · 90-minute experiential session

Experience the interconnected web of fascia that surrounds and integrates every structure of the body — muscles, organs, and bone. Learn the role of fascia in force transmission, elastic recoil, sensation, and hydration, and discover how the Franklin Method® can improve biomechanical efficiency through fascia embodiment.

Session 2 — Optimizing Asana Sequencing and Breath for Deep Rest
Kristine Kaoverii Weber · 90-minute experiential session

The breath is a gateway into the autonomic nervous system. With Kristine Kaoverii Weber, founder of Subtle Yoga, learn how slow mindful movement differs from cardiovascular exercise, how to use specific breathing patterns to deepen relaxation, and how to use guided visualization to elicit deep rest. Catalyzes positive neuroplastic change over time.

Session 3 — Rest Better, Live Better with Yoga Nidra
John Vosler · 90-minute experiential session

Rest isn't a luxury — it's essential. Yoga Nidra, known as yogic sleep, uses the biological process of sleep to enter deeper brainwave states, allowing the body to rest, restore, and revitalize. Receive two complete Yoga Nidra experiences using breath, body, and awareness techniques to "teach" the body deep rest.

Session 4 — Listening to What's Here and Now: Restorative Yoga and Alexander Technique as Meditation
Kristen Davis · 90-minute experiential session

A class of Restorative Yoga to deeply settle and stabilize the body-mind. Through Alexander Technique principles and meditation, embody listening — being open and receptive to sensations inside the body, sounds outside it, and the felt experience of right here, right now. True settling. True stability.

Session 5 — The Profound Power of Rebirthing Breathwork and Sound Healing
Karina Kalilah · 90-minute experiential session

An introduction to Conscious Connected Breathing and Sound Healing. In a safe held container, dive deep within yourself to clear what is stuck on physical, emotional, and energetic levels — coming into a deeper state of presence, clarity, and inspiration. Includes a sound healing experience with voice, crystal bowls, and didgeridoo.
