Making the Invisible, Visible: Healing Intergenerational Trauma

A two-day on-demand workshop on healing intergenerational trauma with Somatic Experiencing®

Making the Invisible, Visible: Healing Intergenerational Trauma.
We tend to believe we are the captains of our own ships — yet healing trauma reveals repetitive patterns of suffering that span generations. Join Dr. Peter Levine, developer of Somatic Experiencing®, and Efu Nyaki, SE™ Legacy Faculty, for a two-day on-demand workshop exploring how we are influenced by events our ancestors lived through — and how to bring those stories into awareness with healing reverence. Through SE™-informed practice, connect to ancestral resources, let go of what no longer serves, and reclaim authentic freedom and destiny.

Comprehensive Curriculum

Day One — Uncovering the Invisible

Opening meditation with Efu Nyaki, then a 90-minute lecture on understanding transgenerational trauma and healing — including holistic and systemic vision, energy fields, and epigenetics. Followed by a large group exercise on Balancing, Giving, and Receiving, and a 60-minute lecture on uncovering the invisible, accepting and honoring our origins, with an Esalen demonstration video. Closes with Q&A.

Day Two — From Hauntings to Wholeness

Opening meditation with Efu Nyaki, then a 35-minute group exercise to genogram the ancestors, breakout discussions, and a demo debrief. Followed by a 90-minute lecture on grieving and letting go, uncoupling, reverencing, and acceptance practices — moving from hauntings to wholeness. Closes with Q&A.
