Dr. Gabor Maté on Trauma Healing

Expert Series: Dr. Gabor Maté on Trauma Healing

Dr. Gabor Maté on Trauma Healing.
This course, guided by Dr. Gabor Maté, offers a transformative understanding of trauma, redefining it not as an external event but as an unhealed internal wound that profoundly shapes our lives. It challenges conventional views on health and addiction, asserting that widespread illness and dysfunctional behaviors are often adaptations to deep-seated pain stemming from early childhood experiences and a "toxic culture."
