Mike Bayer, aka Coach Mike, is an internationally recognized life coach and interventionist whose mission is to create lasting change for communities struggling with addiction and mental health issues. With two decades of experience, in 2005 he founded CAST Centers in Los Angeles, a treatment center uniquely designed to address both mental health and substance abuse, changing thousands of lives each year. Mike has led team-building, keynotes, and workshops for Fortune 100 companies, the Dallas Cowboys, and Blue Cross. He hosts the podcast Always Evolving, has appeared on 40+ episodes of Dr. Phil, and sold 500,000+ books worldwide.
