Healing is Human.
And it should be accessible to everyone.
Throughout the day, we will explore:
Healing from what we've lived through
Mindfulness, compassion & spirituality
How we meet difficult seasons of life
Relationships & intimacy
Loneliness & connection
The wisdom of the body
Join us on October 10 for a day of conversations, practices, and connection devoted to something that belongs to all of us: our mental health.
Come for the teacher you already know. Come for the conversation you didn't know you
needed. Come for the possibility that something you hear, feel, or experience that day
stays with you long after it ends.
What the Day Can Open
Imagine what could change if more of us had access to the ideas, practices, and conversations that help us understand ourselves, heal what we carry, and connect more deeply with one another.
This day will leave you with something that lasts: a new way of seeing yourself, a deeper understanding of someone you love, a practice that changes how you meet a difficult moment, or the courage to make a change you've been waiting to make.
Healing rarely happens all at once. Sometimes it begins with a single insight, a moment of connection, or the discovery that another way of living is possible.
The entire gathering is free internationally and open to everyone, including the live event and replay.
For World Mental Health Day, we want to change the gap between mental health information and meaningful support. Because understanding ourselves shouldn't depend on how much access we have.
