We are experiencing an unprecedented time where we are simultaneously creating history while breathing in a new future.  This global pause is asking us to compassionately meet the parts of ourselves that have had to harden and bristle in this fast paced world. When we soften into these parts and allow ourselves to unfold into the now of this moment we can fully receive and hear what is being asked of us both individually and of the collective whole.

In this 60 minute experiential movement class we will use journaling, somatic experiencing, moving meditation and reflection to melt the internal structures of the old to feel more alive and fully present in the container of ourselves.

Music provided by Adam Barley, founder of ZeroOne movement practice. Check out www.inzero.one to learn more.

All Embodied Yoga Members automatically receive the recorded video.
