Join us July 30, 2020 at 7pm EDT (New York time) for an intimate conversation with Kara-Leah Grant, Chara Caruthers and Caitlin Cady. Together they will share their personal stories, intimate perspectives, and lived experiences... all starting from the theme of “Meditation and the Modern Mind: The ‘Evolution’ of an Ancient Practice.”

Meditation has come a long way since the buddha sat sleepily under the bodhi tree… or has it? In this conversation we talk about the ancient practices and purpose of meditation and how our modern world has reshaped both for better… or worse.

*Access to our monthly Wisdom Conversations is available for all Embodied Yoga Members.
