This idea can sound romantic—but the normalized ownership template most of us were raised with has created some challenging dynamics within our partnerships.
Understanding the interplay of energetics and how they come to life in our relationships is the key to healing our codependent tendencies and creating more harmony in all of our relationships. This class is for all relationship types. These energetics are alive in all of us regardless of gender identification, sexual orientation and the ways we've all been socialized to hold gender binaries.
ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
Dené Logan
Dené Logan is a Marriage and Family Therapist, a group facilitator, and an author based in Los Angeles. In addition to her work with clients in private practice, she is a mindfulness coach, a yoga teacher, a tenacious wisdom seeker, and a California soul through and through. She is known for her nurturing presence and authenticity. Dené specializes in supporting couples in finding more fulfillment in their relationships, and utilizing her background in depth psychology to explore how each of us can reclaim the aspects of our authentic selves we’ve been societally conditioned to turn away from. Dené also facilitates group immersive experiences and retreats throughout the year. In addition to being co-host of the podcast, Cheaper than Therapy, her first book, Sovereign Love: A Guide to Healing Relationships by Reclaiming the Masculine and Feminine Within, will be released by SoundsTrue in May of 2024.
