ABOUT THIS MASTER CLASS
Resilience and post-traumatic growth rely upon the opportunity to work through difficult life experiences. We support post traumatic growth when we have relationships with people invested in understanding us and guiding us forward. While trauma is associated with learned helplessness, resilience helps us to foster learned optimism and you can facilitate this transition by embracing the 6 pillars of resilience. This does not mean that we can change what happened in the past. However, you can work through the pain of the past and help others do the same allowing us to live more fully in the here and now.
