Session 2: Adding Magic to the Mundane — Onika Henry (75 min)
An exploration of expressive arts and sensory play. Through visual journaling, movement, and intentional sensory work, combine the voluntary and involuntary nervous systems to shift mood, state, and physiology by choice. Come prepared with drawing materials and a range of snacks.
