ABOUT THE SUMMIT

Gather with us live and online April 6th, 2025 for our FREE One-Day Summit exploring how movement and breathwork can transform trauma healing with some of the world’s top experts in body-based approaches to trauma recovery.

Trauma lives in the body - in our muscles, fascia, and nervous system. Our movements and breathing patterns carry the imprints of past experiences, shaping how we interact with others and navigate social spaces. These physical patterns often operate below conscious awareness, yet they profoundly influence our relationships and sense of belonging across different cultural contexts.

Our bodies carry the imprints of past experiences, but they also hold innate wisdom for healing.

Through mindful movement and conscious breathing, we can release trapped tension, regulate our nervous system, and rebuild a sense of safety and wholeness from within.

These somatic practices help us move from surviving to thriving.

In this FREE One-Day online event, you'll learn practical tools for using movement and breath to:

👉 How to read and respond to unconscious movement signals
👉 Ways trauma influences our physical presence and social interactions
👉 Cultural variations in movement patterns and their meanings
👉 Practical tools for authentic embodied expression
👉 Techniques for building safety and connection through movement
👉 Methods to regulate your nervous system through breath and motion

Join us and discover how to work with rather than against your body's natural healing capabilities. Our expert faculty will guide you in understanding the science behind trauma's physical impact while experiencing gentle yet powerful practices for transformation.

We’ll also explore how to recognize subtle movement patterns that communicate emotion, status, and identity across cultures, while developing greater sensitivity to how these expressions may be interpreted differently in various social environments.

Register now to explore how movement and breath can support your healing journey. Learn to inhabit your body with greater presence, peace and possibility.

Movement and Meaning in a Complex World

A 75-MINUTE EXPERIENTIAL SESSION

Participants will learn to recognize and engage with these subtle signals, understanding how they differ across cultural contexts and influence relationships. Through guided exercises and discussion, we’ll deepen our awareness of how our movements convey emotion, status, and identity, and how to navigate these messages with sensitivity and authenticity in diverse social environments.

Restoring Flow: The Five Vayus as Pathways to Trauma Healing

A 75 MINUTE EXPERIENTIAL SESSION

The Five Vayus are subtle energetic currents of breath, recognized in yogic traditions as profound gateways to healing. In this experiential session, we’ll explore each Vayu as a distinct pathway to trauma recovery and embodied restoration. From the grounding release of Apana to the integrative wholeness of Vyana, discover how these breath energies can soften physical imprints of trauma, awaken silenced parts of ourselves, and reconnect fragmented aspects of our being. Through gentle guidance, reflection, and direct experience, we’ll uncover the deep healing wisdom that resides in the breath.

Steven Jaggers and Andrew Fischer

5:45pm - 7:00pm ET (U.S. Eastern Time)

Breath as a Bridge: Reconnecting the Mind and Body Through Soma+IQ Breathwork

A 75 MINUTE EXPERIENTIAL SESSION

This session introduces the ARC process—Activate, Regulate, and Connect—as a pathway for restoring wholeness through the breath. Steven Jaggers and Andrew will guide participants through a Soma+IQ breathwork session that begins with activation/up-regulation, followed by down-regulation and repatterning. By reconnecting to the intelligence of the body, participants will gain access to deeper emotional awareness, inner stability, and a renewed sense of connection. This experience blends breath, movement, and sound to awaken the body’s innate ability to heal and relate.
