Embodied Breath
A 90-MINUTE EXPERIENTIAL SESSION
We’ll begin with a guided somatization that brings awareness to the structures of our respiratory system. We’ll journey through the nasal passages, the spaces, tubes and branches that carry the breath to the millions of tiny air sacs in our lungs.
Embodiment of these structure can enhance the health of the respiratory system and bring ease and spaciousness to our breath and our movement.
We’ll then move into asana and explore how consciousness of the respiratory structure can support and enhance our experience of asana practice.

The Breath is the Intelligence of the Body
A 90-MINUTE EXPERIENTIAL SESSION
We all practice pranayama, but for what effect? Yoga is all about cause and effect, so to make what we do most efficient, then we should know the results we want to achieve, and reverse engineer from there.
This is how we tailor Yoga to the Individual to get the most effective results.
