Help us manage virtual events at The Embody Lab
Are you our next Virtual Event Project Manager?

About you:
We’re looking for someone with:
Proven experience as an event or project manager
Strong organizational and event or project management skills
Proficient in Google suite (sheets, docs, slides, forms) and Zoom
Prior experience with online learning platforms or willingness to learn
Ability to plan and deliver multiple events happening at the same time with many moving parts
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with due dates
Exceptional personal time management and communication skills
Ability to collaborate across the team with faculty, other event managers, Zoom Assistants, sales/marketing, finance and admin
We’re a small virtual team spread out across the world (though mainly North American-based) so you’ll need to be able to work North American time zone hours, a self-starter who can work unsupervised and knows how to get things done on time.
We also run events on weekends and after-hours so a flexible approach to work is needed. This is a contract-based position (not an employee-based position) and we expect it will be up to approximately 40 hours a week but it may fluctuate from time to time.
Finally, whilst you don’t have to be an embodiment expert, an understanding of the power of body-based therapies, insight into what we do at The Embody Lab, and enthusiasm for our work would be advantageous.
If this sounds like you, get in touch! Expressions of interest close at midnight, Tuesday, April 16th, 2024 (ET).
